Our skin is especially susceptible to the sun’s UV rays and we can not stress enough the importance of applying sunscreen to your body EVERYDAY. Even if you don’t have any plans to leave the house, make it a part of your daily morning regime. Invest in face moisturizers with an SPF content over 30+ and lip balms with SPF of at least 15.
