Jacque D. Dunegan has a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology and Wellness Education from the University of Central Florida. She has conducted extensive research with the medical consultant to Orange County Public Schools on adolescent obesity and published the results in her Ph.D. Dissertation entitled A Study of Orange County Public Schools' Adolescent Obesity Risk Factor Assessment and Intervention Program. While attending the University of Central Florida, she also received a graduate certification in Aging Studies.
Dr. Dunegan, formerly a UCF professor, is Gold Certified as a Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. During her Master’s Program, Jacque interned at Florida Heart Group (Orlando, FL), specializing in the Graded Exercise Treadmill Stress Testing and Thallium Laboratory. She also publishes a nationwide newsletter, bodyjournal, and contributes to other health publications. She has been a wellness presenter in Central Florida since 1987. She presented at the I.D.E.A. World Fitness Conference in 1996 on "How to Change the Attitudes of the Multitudes". She is a member of several fitness professional organizations, and has also found the time to run the New York City Marathon. Recently she was asked to join the Advisory Board of the Keiser University Graduate School Distant Learning Internship program, which provides dietetics graduate students with internship opportunities across the country.

Ron Owens, MA
Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer
Ron Owens is an Exercise Physiologist with over 37 years of diverse experience in the field of Health & Wellness. He has worked with special populations such as substance abuse rehab, cardiac and stroke rehab, arthritis and aging populations. As a professor at Valencia College in Orlando in the area of Health Science, he enjoys empowering individuals with the knowledge that will allow them to enhance their personal health and accomplish their goals.
Ron spent six years working at the Walt Disney Company as their Corporate Fitness Coordinator where his job was to develop and implement programs for individuals and work groups throughout the company of 36,000 people. He then went on to work as a consultant in the area of corporate wellness, developing programs for small to medium size companies throughout Central Florida. During this time he started a personal training business working with special populations and general population clients. Ron also specializes in sports specific training with over 17 years of working with endurance athletes training for marathon and triathlon events. He has trained over 2000 people to complete full and half marathon distance races. He is an accomplished endurance athlete himself having completed over 75 marathons himself as well as countless triathlons and road races.

Intern
As an intern at WELLTRAX Fareea helps in multiple ways including client intake management, greeting clients, and event planning. Fareea learns and gains experience within the wellness field as she plans to further her career in the medical field.
Fareea graduated near the top of her class from Olympia High School. She is currently starting her second year at the University of Central Florida studying Biomedical Sciences and Psychology. Among other accomplishments, Fareea has been playing violin for over 9 years, and has been a volunteer at Health Central Hospital on her free time.

Faith B-Phillips
Intern
Faith is the newest intern at WELLTRAX. As a new intern, Faith will get the opportunity to help in multiple areas with client intake management, website updating, and greeting clients. While interning at WELLTRAX, Faith will be able to grow and expand her interest and knowledge in web design throughout her academic journey.
Faith is a sophomore at the University of Central Florida pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science who hopes to be a mobile software engineer. In addition to having a passion for technology, she has been playing the violin for 10 years.

Benjamin Beasley
Benjamin has been a private Personal Trainer for Welltrax over 6 years and has his Bachelors in Exercise Science from UCF, specializing in Human Performance. He is also certified as a Physical Therapist Assistant. He has worked in a variety of clinical rehabilitation settings as well as fitness facilities as a group exercise instructor.
Benjamin is an avid exercise enthusiast who cares for the total wellbeing of his clients. His main goal as a fitness professional is to guide individuals towards achieving their greatest potential!
Tamara Ceresa-Congdon

Tamara began her massage career in September 2000 at the Central Florida School of Massage Therapy in Winter Park, obtaining her license in April 2001. She is proficient in therapeutic stretching and relaxation massage and is certified in Pregnancy Massage. She received private instruction in Pre-natal Massage and Sports Enhancement Massage which uses Myofascial Release techniques from traditional Deep Tissue massage. She worked at a chiropractic office for 2.5 years performing medical massage. She taught laws and ethics classes at Central Florida School of Massage Therapy for three years. Tamara has taken continuing education courses in Medical Massage, Kinesio Taping, Sports Massage, Myofascial Therapy, Nuero Muscular Therapy, TMJ Treatment, Orthopedic Massage, Aromatherapy, Crainosacral Therapy, Accupressure, Reiki, Qigong and Food Healing.
